I was delayed over 9 hours on a flight back from Spain in 2008. The company, Flyglobespan, has went into liquidation. I did, however, book through a local travel agent who are still running. I booked on my visa debit card (not a credit card unfortunately). When we arrived at the airport we were given meal voucher immediately which meant they knew there was going to be a long delay. Can I try and claim compensation, and who do I write too??

Your claim is against the airline that provided the (delayed) flight.
Write to them.0 -

Mark - pressure getting to you! Globespan belly up = no claim possible.0 -
No, I'm simply inviting the poster to write to a company that no longer exists.
Maybe the penny will drop at the point of writing the address down
It certainly hasn't dropped after READING THE FAQ'S!! :rotfl:0 -
