Why does it take some companies so long to send prizes?

I was really looking forward to receiving it & always got excited when I knew the postman was near...only to be disappointed every day when he walked past my house. waited the 28 working days until I chased it up. I was so impatient counting down the 28 days.

I was convinced the postman had pinched it...was going to sneak a sniff at him to see if he smelled like vanilla :rotfl::rotfl:
The postie brought me a surprise win 2 days later so now we're friends again :rotfl::rotfl:

I still have no prize, I emailed the person who notified me. She gave me the email address of the person dealing with the prizes, whom I have had no response from yet.
I have emailed again today, so we'll see what happens.

Really hoping I get some of last seasons stock though (from when I was notified), coz I preferred that to this seasons lol
