I've just downloaded the Receet ap today on my iPad but I am having not much success with it.

One problem us that I shop all over the place so ideally I should be scanning a receipt as I leave a store so the location is correct. This has not helped for now scanning receipts from this week.

Also how do you tell stores apart - for intact there is a tesco extra and 2 tesco metros all close to us but as the measurements are in kilometres rather than miles I just have to guess its the correct one.

So far I've uploaded receipts from 4 different stores and all of them failed and there is no indication why., any number of reasons. They were all small clear receipts

Is there any way of uploading long receipts or double sided receipts
Just wondering if I ought to give up and load onto the iPhone but the iPad is so much less fiddler to take photos.

Receet is a good idea, but lots of room for improvement. :cool: For telling the stores apart, I've zoomed in on the map to find the correct retailer. I agree, just the distance in km is not very helpful.

Also I've found the search very patchy - when I'm at the location, I can see the shop, but when I'm back home, I can't, even with the filter set at 20+km.

They also really need a history tab, as it's impossible to keep track of what's been submitted. And they need to ger rid of the silly 3 hour rule for uploading receipts from the same shop.

Once they get all that sorted, it will be great

For long receipts, they say to just take a photo of the whole receipt, making sure you've tapped the screen to make sure it's properly focused... hmm! No idea about double-sided, I think you have to email them with those.

They are having problems today, they posted on their facebook wall.

Apatt from that it's a newapp which needs more development and he is learning frm all the emails and facebook questions.

Both items are shown on their website so I would have thought you could claim for both of them.

I think it's both, not just one. The T&Cs are a bit ambiguous, but they're listed separately so it looks like both.

COS ran the same offer a couple of months ago, and you could claim for both products.

Also remember that if you get a promotional pack, you can actually claim your money back from Birds Eye too... :money:

The new Quidco Birds Eye offers, on the chicken and fish.
I have them showing on my laptop when I sign into my Quidco account, but NOT on the app.
Has anyone else got them showing on their app ?
