What sort of offers does it have. I can't download it onto my phone or the iPad. So the only device it will work is my husband iPhone. Do u need to be in the shop when the offers show, or can u shop and upload later

A fair few of us have been using it. First of all, prizes like bigjas - hmmm, founder of site is called Jason..... - iPad etc you need to earn megga points for, which will take months. The £1 amazon voucher which was originally 500 points has now gone up to 700 points due to popularity of this new app. Users have found date of birth changing mysteriously and cannot find any gold or silver rewards.you can install on iPad, go through app store and treat iPad like a phone and install as phone app.

I saw that & got excited, until it realised it's just in morrisons - not worth a 15 mile round trip... :(

This has happened to me several times - and I simply email the address it gives on the 'rejection' email, attaching the photo of the receipt and highlighting which offers I've purchased but not sure why they've been rejected.
They've ALWAYS replied to apologise and credit the offers!

I had similar the other week with the crisps, so I emailed to query and they credited the offers within a few hours. Super easy, super quick.
