My e-mails said exactly the same - 0p but they were confirmed at £2.50 and £3 which is what I paid. Check activity on Quidco and you'll probably see the correct amounts.

My fish cost £3 and they only gave me £2. What's all that about? It clearly says we will refund you the amount it says on the receipt! Boohiss.

Just to check I'm understanding this correctly...you buy the Birdseye, take a photo of the receipt on your phone (haven't got a scanner) then transfer that to your computer and upload to Quidco website? Or do it all from your phone I suppose - my phone's not great for internet so would prefer laptop.

Worked ok for me today got £3 fish and £2.49 chicken this morning and uploaded and now both showing as payable total £5.49

I wouldn't try it. I tried using the same receipt for COS and quidco. They rejected it. Just be careful if they link the accounts.

I know people on here asked about the Receet app. At the time I said it was good, because it was, but now it's terrible. Apologies to anyone who got it after reading what I said.

They are have twice changed the value of points needed to get vouchers, it is now 3 times the number of points to get same amount of cashback, than it was 1 month ago. Plus they change the terms without any prior warning.
You now need to upload £3000 of receipts (with a max of £50 per one) to get £10 cashback. What also worries me is if we ever get to that £3000, by then they may well have changed it again to needing even more!
