anyone tried to withdraw money form shopitize. used to ask for cheque now only offer paypal. I clicked link to withdraw and it just takes me to another webpage with no option to withdraw.

also does this now include paypal fees for withdrawels.

It always has charged you PayPal fees for withdrawals. I cashed mine out ages ago, I was going to save them up until I got to £10 and get a cheque so I didn't get charged, but the offers never changed, and I got bored, so I just chose the PayPal option in the end. I think I did it off the app on my phone?

    Topcashback query

The last 3 subscriptions I have ordered on great magazines going through topcashback first have not registered.
First was on the 17th July for Grazia magazine - expected cb was £6.30
Second was on 30th July for Heat magazine - expected cb was £6.30
Third was on 31st July for Topsante magazine - expected cb was £6.30

Would you be able to look into this please?

    Thanks
    Zoe

There is a thread here where the TCB rep posts. I think all you need to do though is open claims on the website :)

You have to raise a missing cashback claim. It's pretty easy to do (unfortunately I've had to do it a few times lately...).

Just log in, go to my account, click customer care and click lodge missing cashback claim.

    Hi archery,

With regards to the issue you are experiencing seeing another webpage which does not allow you to make your withdrawal, if we may kindly ask you to log out of the app and then log back in again. This should then allow you to request your withdrawal, in which responding to your other enquiry that PayPal does charge a small amount charge per a transaction.

    Thanks!

Arrrrrgh. Firstly when Shopitize switched to the new programme I lost about £4 of offers. Despite me sending a table on an email plus photos of what I've missed, I am repeatedly being told to do it on my phone. Which part of I can't is not understood.

Then I've had the same problem with paypal. I'll try the advice above and see how it goes.

Now the one I'm seething about. I've just been to A*da to buy the pure with sunflower at £1 cashback. I clicked on it when I got home, got a forced shutdown sign and when it came back on it has disappeared. It was a bargain at 50p (once cashback removed) but another brand is only £1. Where's it gone please? I'd appreciate a reply from the Shopitize rep.

    Hi citygirl40 and DAWN82,

Our deepest apologies for the disappeared offers from your app. We were testing our new campaign which is scheduled to go live in a few weeks, but accidently went live this week. We would like to reassure you that we’ll definitely honour your purchase and give you the cash rewards for the products that you have already bought. If you don’t mind getting in touch with us via email to feedback [at] shopitize [dot] com, we will help you with the rewards today straight away.

Please kindly include the email address that you have used to register with Shopitize, the list of offers you have purchased and a photo of your receipt in the email, and our CS will help you receive the rewards as quickly as we can.

We sincerely apologise again for this mistake and for spoiling the surprise on the future offers. On behalf of the entire team here at Shopitize, we appreciate your understanding and patience with Shopitize.

Please do let us know if you still have trouble with the correct amount of rewards or the PayPal page, so that we’ll be able to help you resolve these issues as well.

    Warm Regards

I can only see the Paypal option when I go to redeem my £5.25 on the Shopitize app. What happened to cheques?
