Yes totally agree too ! Thought it was my phone camera playing up glad to hear I am not the only one. It is useless compared to before . Has anyone emailed TCB to tell them ?

i saw on hukd yesterday a clipsnap deal for a free packet of philleus fogg crisps.the link takes you to a clicksnap page with all the details but when i click on get deal its nowhere to be seen,anyone else done this deal?says its on till 13th aug.tia

I have looked on my Quidco click snap page and nothing to be seen on there?

No problems logging in here.


However, has anyone else noticed a general decrease in the acceptance of cashback claims on Topcashback?

I've currently got 6 missing cashback claims lodged and my partner has 2 and she doesn't use it much as I do most of the buying. (All through online shopping rather than the app). On each one I am 100% confident the terms have been met.

Maybe they just don't like us

i asked on another thread and they think its only on for the people who pay the subscription fee.

I pay the fee and it doesn't work for me. I presumed it was just a temporary mistake and have bought a pack. Finishes on the 13th so hope they fix it soon.

I don't pay the fee and I got this offer via an email invite. Like everyone else, it's not in the list of items and there it's nowhere on the receipt upload. Must be a Quidco glitch.

The Phileas Fogg offer is now showing up on the site for me. I might buy some later and hope the offer is still there when I come to upload my receipt.
