About the app, I have now clearedcache, uninstalled, installed, tried to redeem, scan, app closed. Just the sameit closes.

My funds have also completely disappeared. They were there after I first updated the app but just checked in and they've gone. Same thing has happened on my mum's account. Definitely not bothering with Shopitize anymore and have uninstalled.
They say to contact customer service but what's the point if they stop responding after the first message? Shame because I bigged them up in the beginning, thought their CS was spot on but it's gone right down hill.0 -

I got a response telling me that my phone xperia z is not "fully compatible" :T It was fine before the so called update.
So how do I get more rewards to get to £5 to withdraw?

Me too I have just over £4 in it but TBH it is such a hassle and I can never get it to scan the receipts either.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

As some of you have pointed out that in the past few days some Shopitize users have not been able to see the amount of your rewards properly. We want to first apologise for this again, and we want to reassure you that all of your rewards are securely stored, and none of them has been lost.
We have found the solution to this issue, and our engineers are currently working as fast as they can to fix this. This has happened as we recently upgraded our system in order to provide a better service for our growing Shopitize community; therefore, we would like to let you know that we should not allow for this to happen again.
We want to thank you very much for pointing out this issue immediately, and that really helps us to find solutions for you as quickly as we can. We really appreciate your patience, and we're sad to hear that some of you might leave our community due to this error we have made.
We're working towards releasing the fix by noon tomorrow; therefore, please do email us if you still have trouble seeing your rewards correctly in the afternoon, and we'll stand by to resolve it for you.
