Hi,

Is anyone else having problems scanning a barcode on the shopitize app?

Everytime i click on the item the app closes down, i'm uing a sony smartphone.

Is this a general problem or am i doing something wrong?

I submitted a receipt about 3 hours ago and it still says processing. If I try to log out it says my transaction will be lost - does this mean I'm ok to submit again in the hope that it will go through ok?

Just wondered if anyone has come across this problem.

I did submit another receipt after this one and that's tracked ok.

If we may kindly ask you to try logging out of the app and then log back in again, as this should help resolve the issue that you are experiencing.

We have experienced a couple of Android devices which are having issues scanning the barcodes. If we may kindly as you to contact our CS with the device which you are using with Shopitize then we can investigate this issue further for you.

The same here on Sony Xperia Z.

I am new to this. I am registered with Mysupermarket and got the email re gala apples. Not sure how to go about getting the cashback - I don't do shopping online but I do use mysupermarket to sort out my list before going to the shops. Once I put it on my list, I go and buy the apples and then what? Do I upload the receipt online?

I don't use online shopping either but its easy offline. Add your bits to the list eg Gala apples, go buy them and tick them off your list, click shop completed and them it should tell you if you're entitled to cashback, snap the receipt and click send. I've found you get paid quite quickly, ensure that your MySupermarket login email is the same as your Paypal account.
