    Um, still not following, sorry.

    Cases do currently show on your expanded dashboard even if refunded, the new rules are only just coming into force.

    My one case was an extremely nasty buyer who I insisted opened a case for a return and who I refunded within 48 hours, and yes it shows as I knew it would.
