little yellow flag in open cases section of extended dashboard

Hi last month I had a low star for postage and packing, following Soolins advice to counter the effects listed whole host of 99p items postage free ,

Monthly evaluation today and this shows
This tack has had the desired effect and the performance now shows 2.01 % so almost back under the 2.00.

BUT there is now a little yellow flag in the open cases square. but it says open cases 0.00. i have not had any complaints and no one has notified me to say that a case has been opened. Could this be a computer glitch or should i investigate further .

Ahhh may be a glitch then as my business account dashboard has done exactly the same thing.

We were discussing this on the expanded dashboard thread, a few of us had it red today- as was mine, with only the one case I've had open this year!

Mine is also in red stating 0.00 as it was before-just gone red! Another ebay glitch i imagine.

Seems it may be a glitch then although still got the yellow flag this morning, it still states no open cases .

I rang ebay about this last night, as it panicked me. The lovely man I spoke to had a look at my dashboard and trending history, as I've never had any cases against me - explained it's likely a glitch in the system and will smooth itself out eventually. I guess if it's showing up on everyone's profile, that backs it up.

He even removed a negative against me that the online support wouldn't, so it was well worth a call.

I had the same last night, now in the big squares at the top its showing orange for cases but all green in the detailed report below.

Also the page gave me an error the first few times I tried to load it so looks like a glitch.

And this morning, there is no 'open cases' it has been removed to just show the ones closed without resolution.

May be related to ebay's change whereby sellers are not penalised when cases are opened, just if they are not resolved by the seller?

Just had a look and I have an orange flag as well under cases although had 0 cases opened in the last 3 months.
The odd thing is that my low stars (3) have also been wiped - not that i'm complaining!
