Best option would be to remove most of the printers and copiers and have just cpl of very high volume printers & 2 copiers all within an admin room.

As said above, good ole pen and paper, learn far more and need to keep some form of penmanship alive.

Please check your figures are accurate for your pence a copy in B&W and colour for the Ricoh equipment.

Seems high

And yes - get your printing thru the Ricoh devices it will be the same price as copying and set the defaults to B&W - keeps the colour usage down

I was asked to give prices as if we had to use an outside agency - who charge approx those figures !!
