On the subject of morals.....

I would definitely enter even though I don't need a new tv.
I'd sell it and spend the money on things I do need like a washing machine0 -
No, I wouldn't enter. I don't watch much on the 19" telly I've got!
I'm guessing a 4k telly would be huge and I really wouldn't have anywhere to store it while I tried to sell it. For me, in my current situation, it would be more hassle than it was worth. I'd rather it go to someone who wants it.0 -
Of course I would, a £4k telly would clearly be better than the one I've got (there's no way I'd spend that much on a TV even if I did have the money!) so although I don't need it, I would want it, so of course I would enter.
To be honest though I don't really understand the need for all these questions about 'morals' and such like, what does it matter why people are entering or what they're doing with the prizes as long as they're following the rules for each competition?
Why do we feel the need for one-upmanship? It feels like people are trying to say "I'm more moral than you as I don't do this and this and this".
Edit to add: What I mean by that is that we might all have our own set of morals, that we wouldn't enter things for different reasons, but I'm not sure why the need to publicise them or the reasons why?
Everyone's got different circumstances, so everyone would enter for different reasons.
The only people I have a problem with are people that cheat to win by going against the rules and T&C's set out for each competition, and I think and hope that these people are a really small minority.0 -
