Can't Seem to Download Samsung Kies!?

Can someone help please? I get the Installshield Wizard box up, with the time bar thing, it says 'Evaluating Launch Conditions' but it nevers moves, like it's jammed?! Any ideas? I'm using Windows 7 if that helps?

Now i've just had an error message saying i'm not connected to the internet, but clearly i am. I don't understand why its not working?!0

disable your antivirus or security protection temporarily whilst you download.
Also sometimes you will have problems using kies for software updates it wont do the update unless security programs are disabled.
I found this info by googling as i had same problem you mention above0 -
firstly download and install java then download kies from the site and install it.Also disable any kind of security issues on your PC while installation.0
