Phone warranty with o2

After only being offered the online deals by o2, i gotta get my phone fixed. (11 months into 12 months contract) i can barely hear out of it! Am i still within my rights to get it fixed for free?

I had various probems in the past regarding hardly being able to hear,they very rarely fix this under warranty but 2 things to check before you send it in for repair is check the speaker is not loose, as this makes vibarition and makes the speaker volume lower, and if you work around metal then check that that there are no metal fragments around the earpiece as they get stuck to it very easily. It could save you a bit of money if they refuse to repair it under warranty.

Well !!!! it, ive only had it 11 months and its not working properly.
If they cant bother to offer me a decent upgrade deal then they can !!!!!!! fix it.
