I've been with Virgin for a couple of years now, after a very bad experience with Vodafone, and would not change network again. Their customer service is exceptional. In fact my daughter recently renewed her contract with them and upgraded her phone to a Samsung D900, because her ideal (which incidentally was the Samsung U600) wasn't available on Virgin. Today she discovered that Virgin are now offering the U600 and went back into the store to ask about the possibility of swapping her phone. They swapped the D900 for the U600 for her straight away, no questions asked and despite the fact that she's had the D900 for 30 days.

I'd have no qualms about recommending Virgin.
