That didn't take long!

All good with me, days going a bit slow though!

I do have a confession to make though

Went to a party on saturday round a friends house for their birthday

for a while I sat by the door and kept getting a waft of smoke from the ones going outside for a ciggie so even though I still havent smoked I did purposely do a bit of passive smoking .... the good thing was that after a while i realised that I wasnt actually enjoying it and it was far too cold so moved

How's things this arvo with you?

Great. Thanks for changing your mind feedumall. I myself have spat my dummy out before now (elsewhere) before realising that stomping off doesn't actually do anyone any good.

well this is the best game in town:D ,finding it a strange day today ,dont want to do anything much ,might curl up with dh and watch dvd,after we have been shopping for dog food(dont tell rspca )we have run out:eek: ,and our dog eats loads but only one kind:rolleyes: you went to a party with smokers and did not smoke WELL DONE YOU:T

I feel like I've missed something here??!! I know we are all a bit tetchy & crabby but we are all adults & really should be supporting each other!! I honestly thought yesterday people were just larking about I didn't think it would come to this!! I'm sad now

Day 8 still not smoking feel tired still but getting better!

Yep I got through it ok (once i'd stopped the passive smoking ploy )

I didn't actually find it hard at all as they all knew i'd given up and there are quite a few non smokers so i just stayed in with them... it was SOOOOOO noticeable when the smokers came it, the smell was almost overpowering... was that really me a couple of weeks ago?
