Just remember DOUBLE figures !!!! whatever you decide to bid,
100,100 or 101,101 or 102,102 etc. (I have just deleted a sentence here, and will let you know depending on the outcome what it was) Well it was " I just hope the other note of interest is not reading this":eek::eek:
Only thing left to say is GOOD LUCK !!!!
Can't wait to hear , I feel like I'm bidding for it myself, I'm so excited!!!:j
Sorry, but felt if I had put a thought like that in your head you would have been out of your mind with worry, and thought you had enough to worry about.
There will be lots to think about now, in fact, its only just starting. I got the keys to my house 1 year ago tomorrow. So feel we have a lot (apart from the twins) in common.:DLooking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0 -
Thanks a million folks! Pretty funny as we're going from a 1st floor flat to that, so I don't think the novelty of mowing the lawn will wear off for the hubster for at least the first year lol! Considering we are soon to have 3 kids and many of our twins' friends are also twins, I'm sure the garden will get plenty of use, even if we do get a typical summer! The mortgage app hoop-jumping has begun, so it's all under way! Scary stuff! x
Hi OP; did it all go to plan? I hope so, and that you will be able to enjoy the "park" later this year!0
