Heathrow T5 opening day?

Hi
In 2007 (I think) we were delayed flying back to Heathrow T5 from Paris on the new terminal 5 opening day (chaos!) with BA.
Our flight was cancelled and we were put on a different later flight, but got back more than 3 hours late.
Is there a chance of a claim here, bearing in mind it probably wasn't BAs fault, but BAA?
