Im missing something here, whats the significance of the 20th?0

Well my dashboard shows that I passed this month but I may be at risk for next month as I had 2 cases opened for INR in December (both without prior contact) however as the transactions were from November I believe that they will drop off so I will check again tomorrow - still seems ridiculous since my opened case % is 0.05%!
On a positive note I will have a 3 month grace period anyway so even if they don't drop off for next month they certainly will for the following month.0 -

For most people it is when the expanded dashboard gets updated and sellers start getting suspended.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. A friend of mine at work had exactly the same scenario and asked all his friends with eBay accounts to each buy a 99p, post free item from the rogue re-seller - then trash their feedback and stars! After 6 or 7 negatives in quick succession, from different buyers, at different locations, the rogue seller stopped listing completely... Problem solved!barbiedoll wrote: »She wasn't "having a bad day", she is delibrately trying to devalue your account so that she can sell the same goods as you but at a higher price. Competition is all well and good but this is just nasty.
I vote for a vindictive purchase and subsequent star-trashing...THEN block her!
...Of course, I'd never get involved in this kind of caper and wouldn't for a moment suggest it as an appropriate action."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

Of course - this shows how easy it is to trash someones account - and why ebay are wrong to use it to close accounts.0 -

How do you run a report to find out who left low stars please? I have just checked my stars and found out someone has left me low stars for all 4 categories.
Thanks
In your 'detailed seller ratings report' run reports in batches of 10 by item number.
When you have a batch of 10 which shows one or more low stars run reports replacing each item number in the 'bad batch' one by one by another item number which you know was good until you find the item that the low stars are attached to.
It is slightly laborious but works!0 -
i had the exact problem before xmas - had someone buying my stock, leaving me all low stars (buying 1 at a time, therefore able to leave multiple ratings), meaning i went (and am now working to get myself out of) below standard as she opened up cases for 9 items aswell. she was doing this over 3 different buying accounts, all with the same address.
she was then listing the exact items on her page for double what she paid.
i got my own back, however, by opening the packaged items (just crappy factory seals) and inserting my receipts to her into the folded t-shirts and then sealing them back up as if they were never touched, meaning that she got a tonne of negs & stars from customers complaining that she's blatantly ripped them off because they've seen how much she's paid for them from me and then how much of a mark-up she's put on themhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
Some woman decided to unneccessarily neg me and leave 1* across the board. I now have a bookmark which says "F**k up her account the second she lists something by buying and trashing her stars".
I check it twice a day.
Looking forward to ruining her account for no reason, just like she did to mine...0
