Kids that bite???

Hi all, just looking for a bit of feedback on a problem I have. My son was playing at school today, and got bit on the cheek at primary school in the playground by another child. Never got told anything else apart from the fact that the child who bit him had been "dealt with" and that my son was ok, skin not been broken…
