Bought a DS game from The Hut for my son for Christmas. It developed a fault in January so I emailed them and they replied saying I could return it for a refund. make sure as someone said you send it recorded delivery - I had a nightmare returning something.
They kept saying they hadnt received it - even though it had been signed for.

Then when they ask for proof - make sure you send a copy of the receipt - as they also said they didnt receive the proof!
Luckily I kept the original and sent them a scanned version to their email address. (they then again messed up after this)
