The Hut returns - advice please

Bought a DS game from The Hut for my son for Christmas. It developed a fault in January so I emailed them and they replied saying I could return it for a refund. All ok so far - they sent me a returns authorisation number and a link to a pre-paid label.
However, the prepaid label comes up blank with no address, and in the bit which says 'return postage paid' the licence number is blank. Am I correct in thinking even if I could find an address I couldn't use this postage label without the licence number?
I've emailed them again to ask for a returns address - but having googled them I'm a bit concerned about their record as other people seem to have had problems with them.
My next step will be to contact the credit card company to see if they can help, but before I go there, I wondered if anyone has a returns address for The Hut, or can offer any other advice please?

what game is it and whats the fault? It could be a glitch in the actual game rather than the game being faulty if you know what i mean.0

When you do get around to sending it back, make sure you pay extra for recorded.
Just in case they turn around and say "nothing received"0 -

It's Pokemon Black 2. It was working fine for the first few weeks, but now when he puts it in the DS it recognises that the game is there - then when you click the screen to actually load the game it goes to a blank white screen. We've tried it in a different DS console so it's definitely the game and not the console. We also contacted Nintendo for advice and they said return it to the shop.0 -
Oh this is great. I emailed The Hut to say you've given me a returns authorisation number but you haven't given me the returns address. Just had a reply - they've sent me the exact same link with a blank postage label! :mad:0

Hmm - have you tried opening the link on a different computer or in a different browser? It could be that part of the page is simply refusing to load. Is it a link that you could PM to someone else on here to see if they can see it or is it a one-time use thing?0

I've tried it on a different browser, but not on a different computer. This is the link for the label if you want to try it for me?

Looks fine to me and definitely appears to be a browser-display issue.
I've taken a screen grab of it and will try to upload it somewhere for you to grab.
FYI the address it shows is:
Returns Department
Unit 10
Stretton Distribution Centre
Grappenhall Lane
Appleton
Warrington
WA4 4QT
And the License Number is:
215051P2

Thank you! I can copy & paste that! Strange that it comes up blank for me - but sorted now, so thank you! :beer:0
