If you are going to pay for an AntiVirus program, I would recommend Kaspersky.

Or Nod32. Fast and light on resources

I have NOD32 too. What disturbs me, is that it has never intercepted anything. It may be that there is nothing to intercept. Whereas, at least once a day, Kaspersky alerts me of someone attempting to send me a Worm, here in Thailand.

Not sure...I'll check when I'm back in the UK. Just tucking in to my sweet mango and sticky rice with coconut milk. Delicious.

I'm guessing that the OEM version is a 90 day trial.

OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer, this is software or hardware that is to be supplied with a new PC and not in a retail box, usually for system builders.

That's not to say in this case the OEM version isn't limited to 90 days.

Why pay for a product, there are many free options out there.

It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

I would choose the ActiveVirusShield, as it's a slightly older version of Kaspersky Antivirus. Probably still good though.
