You do get a 2 year guarantee from baby's date of birth with M&P. I had bad customer service from them BUT any service iv had in store has been brilliant, it was HO I had issues with. So what I'd do now is go into store and get them to phone them. After 6 months I realised I didn't have the pushchair straps whether I lost them or they weren't delivered I don't know but I popped into store they reordered them free of charge on express delivery for me to my house :)

Head office are a nightmare though, really bad.

We did order a pushchair from M+P recently (not ANOTHER one for me - I'm still trying to sell two of the flipping things! - but my mum's got one to keep up at hers save us running as much baby-related stuff up and down the country as we can) - have to say they were very very quick getting it out to us... think we ordered it late on on the Saturday and it was here on Monday.

Just a basic umbrella fold though - nothing fancy.

I forgot to mention the thing I love most about the Britaxes that I believe the b-agile has as well - the zip to extend the hood down further with a mesh panel is fantastic - blocks a load of distractions and is usually pretty much guaranteed to send my girl to sleep - but you can still see her and they still have a sort-of view through the mesh so it's not totally like you're shoving them in the darkness.

dizziblonde - I really liked that mesh panel on the Britax too!

gillyx - thanks for the note about M & P customer service. We have a store not too far from us so going into the store shouldn't be a problem if there are any issues.

It's brilliant - I keep considering writing to them requesting they do a limited edition hood to look like Zippy from Rainbow with the mesh zip as his mouth... but then I get told to get a life by my husband and that it's a bit sad.

    I'd totally buy one though!
