I've uploaded my music onto google play.
It streams superbly on my smart phone but wont work on my tablet. I just see an error "couldn't play the stream you requested"
I've tried uninstalling the app and synching countless time to no avail.
I would appreciate some help please

I have discarded this app as I did not like it and the streaming was not so good i.e. "waiting for server" (or words to that effect)0 -
it can take a while for your uploaded songs to be available for streaming. anywhere from 20 mins to a few hours.
sometimes it just takes a reboot of the phone rather than a reinstall of the software.Laters

When I uploaded mine, some tracks were there very quickly, but others didn't show until next day. I uploaded around 3,000 mp3's.0

Thanks for your posts.
This must be related to the tablet as the music streams fine on my mobile.
The app works on the tablet and you can see the music but like I mentioned at the outset I see the error ""couldn't play the stream you requested"0 -
each device is registered on Google servers. you might have to remove the device and register it again.
go here
http://play.Google.com/music/listen#settings
and de-autherise any double listings and old devices as well as the tablet and start the app again.Laters

rwalton159 - would you mind giving us a clue as to what 'tablet' you're using?!0

The tablet is a M009S 8GB Capacitive Android 4.0
I bought it on Amazon about 10mths ago when it was £120

I have some more information if it helps.
Last night some of the songs actually streamed - I have no idea why some would / would not.
I have deleted the whole library and will upload 10 songs tonight to see what happens.
Thanks

Just called Google and was told they don't support the tablet.0

Google make the software in the middle, not the hardware. The manufacturer is responsible here - a company called NATPC apparantly. Good luck with that!0
