The difference between the £36 and £45 so about £9 plus changeJackyyboyy wrote: »what should orange be giving me for this? there mistake mycontract is not even on there system? It's not just about the money0 -
Did you sign up for it in store or over the phone?
Not that it matters in the sense that you should get what's on your contract. If bought in store though, you'll probably be pointed to go there and they should sort it.
And yes, you should get a refund for being overcharged.
If you got it online or over the phone, you'd be best ringing CS.0 -
So which is it? Unlimited minutes (?) or 1,000 minutes? No free lunch, and no free laptop

Your contract is irrelevant. Only the tariff you connected to is the issue, so check out the entitlements and clarify what is inclusive and what isn't.0

Shoud be unlimited mins - there is confusion on the systems are there are 2 tariffs that are identical but one is an OLD plan (300 mins) and a NEW one (unlim mins). The plan names are identical so it's a genuine error.
Both tariffs are archived now anyway and can't be selected as they've now been replaced by The Works.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
