  • All I get when I ring them is 4 options.

    I chose 3 as its evanquis and chose options 2 and 3 about lost information and it just tells me to go to an FAQ page which doesn't even work!

  • Now it says - Lines are open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am and 5:30pm on Saturday.

    10 minutes ago it said lines are open -9am-10pm Monday-Sunday excluding bank holidays.

    What a pile of !!!!

    That's just a regular web page login not needed. But the login link from that page might work. I'd say clear browser cache and reboot your computer if you can't load the page.

    Never had a problem getting through to them on the phone (phoned them yesterday and got through right away), UK call centres as well which is nice.
  • HOW? I have tried every number on this page and it is all automated, I tried it on my mobile and landline and still the exact same. Do you get through straight away?

    The following gets me through to someone:

    Call 0800 781 6314;

    Select option 2;

    Press # a few times (don't enter credit card number);

    Eventually the call is transferred to a human.
