Vanquis locked me out of my online account even though I did not enter anything wrong.
Anyway I have rang the customer services number about 6 times and it just keeps telling me to go online an check their FAQ page, I just need to talk to someone to get my account unlocked online.
Its really getting on my f**king nerves, anyone any ideas or a number to call where I can just speak to someone.
I'm not wasting anymore money ringing their ridiculous priced call center either.

I rang it and the number above, its all automated with no help in site. My payment isn't due until March 14 but I have no idea how much it is as I don't receive paper statements.
