Hi there,

Is there an email address I can contact ebay customer support on? Or is there a way I can contact ebay other than selecting various options and submitting a report as I need to actually put something in to words and send it.

Go through the normal contact us process and you get the chance of a phone number, live help or an email facility.

    Tried that.

    Not phoning them.

Went round in circles for an hour on live chat.

Couldn't find anything that would allow me to email them. All I could find we're drop down options and then to submit to them. :/ When I click on "send us an email" it takes me to the part where I select answers from drop down menus, no where is there anywhere for me to type something.

    Hi,

Could I suggest that you go to the contact page and get the pin jnum, ber which speeds up the whole process. The number to ring them is 0800 358 6551. Email address is customer_uk@ebay.com( hope that address works) The pin only lasts 15mins but it is time enough.

Sorry it doesnt but definitely try ringing them today. It saves an awful lot ringing a freephone number. I`m charged for 0845 numbers and my last one ( when I couldnt get an alternative) was nearly £5. Let us know how you get on.
