It is an uninsured loss at the end of the day, so you are just presenting details of your uninsured losses to the insurer of the party that caused the collision.
Did you claim for any other financial losses at the time of the claim? If you were paid out for any other losses and expenses at the time, you may get hit with the "we paid you £xx in full & final settlement".0 -
Whilst not asking for nor getting any other cash settlement they may have said something along the line of 'is everything OK and can we close this file'. Being experts they know what they are doing. But I will chase them as I'm annoyed at an extra £66. One other thing. the animal incident was me driving another vehicle. Do I have to declare it on all vehicles I am named driver or vehicles I own? I do as I presume I have to.0
