I am hoping someone can help me? Yesterday a driver crashed into my car when he tried to get in front of me in a filter lane. I was in the left hand lane and he was in the filter lane with arrows on the road directing to filter in. There were no cars behind me and a car in front of me, so there was no need for the driver…

Maybe not a straighforward he was totally at fault claim then. Sounds like he will dispute it anyway and make a claim against you.

Things happen its only metal.

Put the spare on or pop to a very close garage and get them to have a quick look to see if its OK to drive.
