I rest my case. Gare you ok in the grey matter, i have not been nasty to you at all, and yes i sent a picture of some plonker who left his details in the picture and all you had to say was no thanks or report my pm and that would of been fine
but oh no you escalated it by trying to talk to me like a 3year old and have now made a song and dance about it, like i said if you didnt want it you could of said no thanks but you didnt and i also said report it to the makers of the software and to the hoster of the picture but i ecpect u didnt do that either
your the nasty one by parading around like a spare part (i said that in a pm) so like i also said in a pm please ask god for my forgiveness as im sure to go to hell  also chuck in a few hail marys whilst your at it
and to the sbuse team, hey i made a mistake so sorry but please ask GoffyGat to see a preist to get an exorcism
oh yeah and dont forget to report the demonoid thread

Hey hey. Just thought I'd give my view. Lets look at facts.
1) dps was trying to help
2) he broke rules
He knows he broke rules now. And I'm sure he's not going to do it again. There's no point holding a massive vendetta and hijacking a thread just to "warn people"....
Filesharing happens for example. If someone pm'ed me with a filesharing link due to something i said in a thread, I wouldnt go and straight report them. I'd tell them its illegal and they may get reported by someone for doing it.
He was trying to help the OP which was a kind thing to do as he didnt have to do what he did. Now i'm sure he regrets it due to the seriousness of the forum, but in my opinion it should be left at that...
I dont think there should be an argument. I dont think dps should be reported. I think goofycat should just leave it. And i think dps should stop pm'ing people things that he wouldnt post himself

That's exactly what I tried doing initially but was rebuffed each time. I had no intention of reporting it - we all make mistakes, especially when new, for goodness sake!MercilessKiller wrote: »...I wouldnt go and straight report them. The only reason I escalated it was when the poster didn't think s/he had done anything wrong , wasn't breaking any forum rules & the attitude became increasingly nasty & sarcastic. Actually, I suddenly became the villian (in the PMs) for expressing my true feelings, being initially sympathetic & providing links to the rules. G0 -
Case of it getting out of hand un-neccesarily?
Obviously i dont know who said what to who, but its a money saving forum end of hehe. My opinion, lets all move on and drink tea. wait.. that gives me an idea..[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Hi brucey
you might have a look at this ... you get 30 days free trial
http://www.tune-up.com/download/tu2007/
when you have loaded it go into 'clean up and repair ' and choose the
registry fix from the options on the right
(You would probably get more response if this was in the techie forum )
Thank you so much for your reply, very, very useful....take care:T0 -
errr guys i would reccommend NOT using registry mechanic as its a very harsh program and knocks out .dll files that really should be left intact maybe try http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm dont forget fooling around with the registry can cause an adverse effect
Thank you for your reply, I am a novice and cant say am really gemmed up on inside workings of PC:o but the main reason I looked for a reg fix it programme is my 9yr old daughters PC failed on me and kept getting a message on a blue screen saying KERNEL-STACK-INPAGE-ERROR and in my ignorance thought I might be able to fix it with reg fix.
Once again thank you so much for your reply...Donna:T0 -
It's a shame that you didn't mention the original fault that you were trying to fix in your first post, as a registry error is one of the least likely causes of a KERNEL-STACK-INPAGE-ERROR message.
If you are able to start the PC (try Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key when first starting up if the PC will not boot up normally), try going to Start > Run and typing 'Chkdsk /f /r' (without the quotes).
See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315266 for more info on how to resolve your KERNEL-STACK-INPAGE-ERROR blue screen problem.0
