Even if you are deemed to have accepted it, you have now discovered the item is significantly not as described/ faulty, so can still at least ask for a repair or replacement or refund at the seller's discretion. Clearly repair is not a practical option so they must refund or replace, I assume you would be happy with either. However I'd start with writing a letter of rejection, timescale based on inclement weather.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
