Indeed.
Dervprof has gone to great pains to assure us that he is not obsessed with this RenoMan character. Despite my natural reservations due to his pages of posts about said RenoMan I'm going out on a limb here and taking DervProf at his word.
However, the caveat is that if DervProf wants us all to believe he is not obsessed with this RenoMan, who I believe was PPRd a while back, he really, really needs to stop mentioning his name or alluding to their historical discussions. If Derv doesn't do this then he is undermining his own argument and credibility and I do believe we will have to have him sectioned.
So Derv, will you drop all this RenoMan talk and move on or are we to assume that you are indeed obsessed?0 -

I think you have mentioned his name more than I have (in context of the conversation) in this thread, so maybe you could do the same.
My main input into this thread has been to report on how some people in the "real world" are getting on, and what low interest rates mean for them. It appears that my anecdotes have been recieved less than favourably, maybe because they don't paint the rosey picture that some would like to see.
I might be wrong, but the accusations of me lying sounded like an attempted wind up, rather than genuine disbelief. Shame, because I was quite happy to further the discussion on the pros and cons of low interest rates, and the implications for myself and my friends.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Get off your high horse. :rotfl:
Your first 'contribution' to this thread was;Ah, Hairy Boil is back after last Saturday's late night (drunken ?) rant.
Did he gamble on interest rates, by any chance ?0 -

I no longer have a high horse.
A bloke, said he was from Findus, stole it from me.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
Anyway, after my initial comment about HB, I did try to contribute seriously to the thread.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0

I believe that this needs to be the opinion of at least 2 medical practitioners.Harry_Boyle wrote: »..and I do believe we will have to have him sectioned.
You do seem to know what you're talking about though so you're obviously suitably qualified in this field. But do you have a colleague to back you up though?0 -

I'm sure Dr. Pricklepants will concur with my diagnosis in this case.0 -

Absolutely, Dr. Boyle.
But as you know, online diagnosis is always tricky, and in DervProf's case, a course of Citalopram or Fluoxetine (20mg) might be advisable before considering sectioning.0 -
What happened to Renovationman then? and what's PPR mean?0
