Hi
I need to go to cardiff from London on 7/5/2007
Cardiff to Glasgow on 8/5/2007
From Glasgow back to London on 9/5/2007
I thought of taking a london-cardiff-london saver return and a
London-Glasgow- London saver return
Is there any cheaper/easier alternative?

I'd say fly from Cardiff to Glasgow, but you can't anymore
I had 1st class travel from London to Cardiff last week (work - usually drive) for £25 each way which I thought was pretty good.
Good luck!

There are still flights from Cardiff to Glasgow, BMI Baby operate them. They have just recently gone from 2 per day to one per day in the evening.:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j

You could get the megabus from £1 London to Cardiff ....They go 4 times a day and journey time is 3 1/4 hours ish..
Just checked for 7th - cheapest ticket is now £7.....
Happy travelling x0 -
Bear in mind that Cardiff airport isn't in Cardiff. It's in Rhoose, which is a good few miles to the West of the city. There are plenty of busses though and there is a relatively new train service too.
I think you might be able to get one of those National Express Early Bird tickets between London and Cardiff. Not sure though.0 -
Check the prices using one way tickets as it can often work out cheaper than a return.0
