Paypal minus balance = bailiffs?

    They do when the debt is passed on to collection and in the distant past paypal have received fines for employing collectors that have been over zealous

    No, bailiffs can only come with a court order, they have power. Collection agencies have no power and can be ignored.

    Which is why we always suggest that people go to the debt free boards to get advice about what is allowed and what is not if they are going to try and out run paypal.

    no they dont
    debt collection agency do and can do home visits but balliffs. balliffs are usually only for ct debts or child maintenance etc and involve ccj being issued and not being paid first. i was dish charged bankrupt last year so have experience in the area. not with balliffs mind,mine was all unsecured debts like credit cards
