I am looking to claim delay compensation from Monarch airlines but do not have any receipts/tickets, or flight numbers. only the dates and routs, which are Manchester to Palma Majorca 29/08/2009 due out around 07.00 my wife & I were delayed approx 8 hours, and departure was between 14.00/ 15.00 this we were told, was due to a bird strike. On the return leg of our holiday flight, Palma to Manchester on 12/09/2009 due to depart around 11.00, we were again delayed for over 3 hours, ( no explanation was given) and eventually departed Palma at around 14-30. Can anyone help me with the flight numbers for these flights? maybe some of you were on them ? Please help if you can, as a claim cannot be made without flight numbers.
