no it's a phishing scam. Ignore it.604!0

genuine messages invariably address you by your name and not "Paypal User"0

Don't click on the link.
In your web browser, open up https://www.paypal.com or .co.uk, whichever you use, and log into your account as you normally do.
Inspect your account, look for any warnings from Paypal. If there's nothing here, you've confirmed the e-mail as a scam. Delete it.0 -
"Thanks You For Helping,"
Bad English is also a clue
If you know how to look at the headers, that will also give clues.0 -
It's a phishing attempt. Paypal will ALWAYS address you by name, as registered on your account.
Do not click any of the links.
Forward the message to spoof@paypal.comHow do I add a signature?0 -
I had one last night and this morning, both terrible English, just forwarded them to the spoof address.
I once had a spoof e-mail with my full name in so I never click on links anyway.0 -
