First Choice Airlines Delay 2008

A family member had a flight delayed by 187 minutes on First Choice Airways. This was in 2008 though. It was part of a package holiday from First Choice.
The problem of course being now they have no paperwork from the holiday. The only evidence they have left is the ski lift pass which shows the valid dates. The pass has a nice picture on it so was kept as a souvenir!
How could it be possible to obtain a booking reference to attempt a claim as this is within the 6 years? I see this as being a nothing ventured nothing gained exercise.
