I've received the letter today to say my appeal has been declined. I feel a bit nervous about it as I'm not really rebellious but I'm not going to pay!

So now - if this was in England or Wales - you make a POPLA appeal using the code and paperwork the PPC must have included with the rejection.

Read pretty much every other thread on the forum to see what's needed for a POPLA appeal, it's discussed dozens of times every day on here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you want help on this you need to start your own thread & provide more details. Is this a real Penalty Charge Notice or a fake one i.e. a Parking Charge Notice? If it's the latter then you don't need to pay it's not a 'fine' or 'parking ticket' just a speculative invoice from a private company that is just as much of a scam as an email from a Nigerian prince with a financial proposition.
