So now - if this was in England or Wales - you make a POPLA appeal using the code and paperwork the PPC must have included with the rejection.

got a pcn for being ten mins late back to car, they have sent me a parking charge notice for £60 and if not paid will go to £100 in 14 days, it has pictures of car entering and leaving the car park0

If you want help on this you need to start your own thread & provide more details. Is this a real Penalty Charge Notice or a fake one i.e. a Parking Charge Notice?
