  • Oh he is adorable! I have a pug and he hates puddles - he is very careful to walk around them when we're out walking.

This is from a pug cartoon strip on facebook (http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Humphrey-Pug-Cartoon/273276202694614) - it will educate you in pug traits - every single one describes mine to a T.

So, we got his papers out today, just to have a look.......and he's NOT a puggle! He's a 'pugalier' (equally stupid name!), a cross between a pug and a King Charles Cavalier. Have googled, and the breed traits fit him perfectly.

Today has been very good, he's been very settled. Been for a couple of walks, and is very much 'getting his feet under the table'!No rain = no puddles = happy Jake! We took him up to visit my 9 month old Goddaughter and her mum and dad and he was BRILLIANT, really calm (after some initial 'exploring')!! He's asleep now, snoring. Love him. A couple of pics from today.....

Yes, as soon as we read it we could see it too. To be honest, we're not bothered about what he is, he's just Jake - a bit dopey, VERY enthusiastic about EVERYTHING, and snores like a drunk, overweight man! And puddle-phobic. Still, it's been good to read about the breed, and there's a few forums that we could post on with questions and stuff if the good people of MSE couldn't help....!
  • i think we need vid proof of his snores!!!!

An update from the last few days....! All is good! He went to watch Kiddo play football and was a very good boy. We've had him weighed and he's a bit overweight, so we've changed his diet which is going ok thus far (he eats the new healthy stuff eventually.....), and he's having lots of walks.

We are boring our friends stupid with photos and stories, so please someone stop me if I'm boring you all!!! A couple of photos from the weekend.....
