That's quite a libelous statement to make, for what is probably a !!!!-up by either them or the people delivering the flowers. You mention a courier, which courier? The website says that deliveries are made by local florists.

From their FAQs
My flowers or gift do not appear to have been delivered?
If you reason to suspect that your flowers may not have been delivered, please contact one of our advisors by emailing support@iflorist.com

Have you contacted them to see what has happened?
• I placed an order with iflorist online for them to deliver flowers, chocolates and balloons to my wife, expecting a text or call from her during the day to say she was pleased with them but nothing, then late on valentines day I start getting messages from yodel that my order is on its way, still nothing, I then call iflorist the following day to complain snd am told that my order for delivery on valentines day is on its way on the 15th!!! Totally unacceptable to be told that they were busy!!! Of course they were its valentines day!!! I was offered a refund which goes no way near repairing the embarrassment they have caused me. Please do NOT use iflorist!!! You'll only be left feeling let down.

Iflorist use florists for SOME deliveries, alot come from a central warehouse, most of their valentines and mothers day bouquets come from here, the florists get the funeral orders and the last minute orders. They do not give a monkeys about the customer, it is all money money money to them. I would try a chargeback if thats possible, they won't refund without a fight

Sounds like Yodel to me.

The most useless delivery company in the world.

This, they 'rebranded' from HDNL to escape being known as the most useless delivery company in the world. Didn't exactly work.

Don't let them fob you off with blaming the courier. It's iflorist's responsibility, and their fault for choosing the worst company in Britain as courier.

Well as valentines is only a new thing and will be happening the same date next year, maybe place an order a few days early to save this embarrassment from possibly occurring again

A lot of companies seem to opt for Yodel despite their poor service..

Price is clearly driving their decision but it begs the question of, why allow Yodel to reflect badly on your business when you could just go elsewhere and use a better delivery firm?

Every year Yodel state they'll get better and they take this and that blah blah blah... they never do!

Why improve the service when you can rebrand when the media heat and appalling reviews get too much?
