Vodafone Constantly breaking DPA

Hi,
Does anyone know how is to put a complaint in to vodafone without getting through to someone in Egypt?
Twice in as many months they have broken dpa and i am starting to get fed up with them giving out sort codes and account numbers to people who could be anyone. When you ask to log a complaint they say they will get a manager to call you back within 48 hours but never do.
I have tried the switchboard but they just put you through to egypt again.
Many thanks for any replies

so did you confirm any details first?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

You seem to be a little obsessed with DPA.bakerlad1983 wrote: »...

Sort codes and account numbers are printed on all cheques that people give to pretty much anyone.0 -
Not obsessed, just want the company to get it right, you seem obsessed to comment a lot on vodafone, they didn't just give me that information, they also gave me amounts that have been credited into that account, which any person wanting to commit fraud this will assist them. Chanz , no I did not confirm details , its my partners account and I am a named person to deal, with a password I must quote. No company should give information out, especially full sort and account numbers and amounts paid into that account . If you happy for any company to give anyone information grumbler then that is up to you. But I want companies who don't give out information which can help lead to fraud0

Well, in your post you mentioned "sort codes and account numbers" only, and my comment was only about "sort codes and account numbers". Neither is a top secret.
Looking at your posts I see that you had some DPA problems with Halifax, but what do VF have to do with this? And if you partner allowed you to act on her behalf when dealing with Halifax and arranged this with them, I don't understand what the problem was. Obviously, you were not 'anyone' / 'any person' and you couldn't expect them to offer different levels of access for different representatives. It's either everything or nothing.0 -
you say also that you had a password for vodafone, did you qoute this? If so nothing has been done wrongDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Not saying a sort and account number isn't common knowledge, but its not up to a company to disclose it to anyone. Would not be happy if I called up a company or bank you where with and they just give me information that can be caused towards fraud? Or if the bank your with just publish your bank details online, as its not a big secret as they send you statements with that information on? We might as well not have dpa then if its ok for a company to give out any information to anyone0

Chanz , no password was asked, that is what is most annoying, if they ask then they know who they are speaking too, if not I could have been anyone0
