I claimed from Thomas Cook for an 09 package holiday flight delay. You can only contact via their web contact pages. Initial response was, you have to register complaint at time of holiday. I responded, please refer this to someone with knowledge of the European legislation (details etc). Within a couple of weeks, I had a letter enclosing a cheque for £945.00.
Moral of the tale, don't let the first knock back put you off, first response Customer Services aren't equipped to answer these queries successfully. :j
