Cyprus to Glasgow delay- 6 hours!

I'm not getting anywhere with Thomas Cook. We had a 6 hour delay from Cyprus to Glasgow in 2007. I first wrote in November - no response, I wrote again in January, Recorded delivery but still no response. I wrote again in February, Recorded delivery again but still no response. I emailed customer services and did get a reply asking me to write to their customer services and giving me the same address as I'd used previously. What do I do now?

1) Read the FAQ's
2) Place your post on the Thomas Cook thread (there may be others on there who you could help or who could help you)
3) Take them to Court.
4) Be quick as you are almost out of time I would think.0
