Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has heard of Click Mobile or had any dealings with them.

I heard their advert on Sunrise Radio and gave them a call. They were offering VTT700 on 3 for £1.99 a month after cashback.

I am familiar with cashback and the dodginess of some companies, so quizzed him further.

He said that I only have to make one redemption claim at the third month and to send my first three bills in within 90days of the date on my third bill. He said that original bills are required,not photocopies or internet printouts. I know thats not as good as the likes of cpw but 90days is a long time to ask for a bill from network if you dont recieve it (has happened to me before and lost me cashback).

He said that I will recieve the total cashback amount by cheque within 14 days. In addition he said that I can take out a cashback insurance with them for £30 which guarantees my cashback if they ever go bankcrupt.

I asked him for their website and had a look at it (here). It has some good deals but in the T&C's says that bills need to be sent within 30days of the third bill date, not 90.

And there is no mention of a cashback insurance...I would have thought if that existed, it would be something to advertise.

Does anyone know which is correct?
Has anyone dealt with them/any feedback/advice?

I need to get contracts for myself and both parents, as all our contracts are coming to an end in two weeks.
