Web page warning

Hope some one can guide me on this.
I use google home page and every time it comes up a warning comes up saying 'Do you want to view only the web page that comes securley', it's driving me mad. I click on to the web page I want and then as soon as I go back to my google home page, the warning comes up every time.
Can any one tell me how to shut this thing off please?
Any constructive help would be very appreciated.

Lots of things could be causing it.
Is the time/date on your computer correct?
You'd need to post lots more information too for someone to guess what the problem might be (your operating system, security, browser etc etc).0
