looking at switching from BT to Tesco broadband and landline.

just a bit worried about the speed of the new service at peak times. Does anybody have some personal review either good or bad from switching from BT to TESCO?

Thanks in advance

Is the Tesco service rebadged BT or is it LLU? If its the later its provided by cable and wireless.

That gum you like is coming back in style.
  • Can't recommend Tesco if you're likely to need technical help - their first line people are clueless and clearly reading off a script they don't understand. Talk Talk were better.
  • What the reason for choosing tesco and not considering others?

Have to agree tt is poor, I have seen people on the tesco bb and get a reasonable speed. Its all dependant on your own local exchange
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Depends on what you want out the service, general rule is cheaper you pay the cheaper the service...

i am with BT for one and one reason only which is the speed, but i would not wish customer services on your worst enemy!!

Yes definately steer clear of Tesco. Terrible customer service, horrendous broadband speed. I am sticking with BT
