That is so strange lexilex, how many times have you emailed them?

Actually looking at mine I think I'll find it quite helpful, wish we could get this every month.

I emailed on 26th June and again over ther weekend.

With no feedback and my renewal due in August I am getting very worried that I won't get another contract through no fault of my own

That's annoying, because you could easily turn things around if they did. TBH I'm not even thinking about being renewed, I get the feeling that us early starters are just guinea pigs anyway.

Have you had any help with asking them on Chat?

After returning from a two week holiday to a substandard quality quality review score I sent LF an email asking for personal feedback on Saturday. This morning I received a reply with some examples of incorrect ratings. I was glad to get a reply but it was a bit abrupt and it looks like I need to completely re-read the guidelines as some of them were so far out.. I guess I won't be relying on this for an income for long...

Now I really do feel like they're purposely ignoring me. If I haven't heard anything by the morning I will email again, this is getting ridiculous.

Well I've tried again to do the sim for the task type we got reviewed on this month, but I can't get it to work, despite following the instructions on the page. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Quick question on the invoicing side, do people here log what they have done after each session?

I personally do because otherwise I'd just get into a mess!!!! At the end of each session, I record what I've done and keep it up throughout the month. Touch wood, I've never had an issue with a timesheet.

How has the work been for everyone this week? I had a couple of hours last night but during the day I've only had the odd 30/45 minutes or so. Just wondering.........paranoid again!!
